Cost of Service

One of the most common questions that I am asked is: "How much are your services"?

Well it is sort of like asking a mechanic how much it will be to fix your car when he has no idea of what sort of problem you are having.

But, the following list will give you an idea of what I charge:

Lawn Maintenance:

Estimates are generally free.

My minimum charge for any lawn maintenance job is $50.00.

The actual cost is really dependent upon the scope of the work. For instance, if you have a small level lot, and you are close to North Fayette County, Georgia, mowing can likely be done for the minimum fee of $50.00. However, if your lot is not level or if there are other factors that will add to the difficulty of the job (really tall grass, lots of obstructions that I must mow around, etc) the cost will go up in direct correlation with the difficulty of the job.

The cost of other lawn maintenance services such as bush trimming, clean up, planting, etc, are very much dependent upon the scope of the work but the minimum is $50.00.

Handyman Services:

There is a minimum $50.00 trip charge for estimates. The minimum is for trips within 20 miles of the intersection of Westbridge Road and Hwy. 92 in North Fayette County. Trips outside the 20 mile radius will be charged extra depending upon distance of travel. If you decide to hire me to do the job, the trip charge is applied to the cost of the job.
